Catastrophic disease is one of the greatest challenges people face in day-to-day life. Brizo's commitment to organizations trying to cure these killers is one of involvement as well as fund raising.

American Heart Association - In September 2005, seven teams consisting of over 150 of our associates, family members and friends participated in the American Heart Walk to combat heart disease. Our Engineering department hosted the Third Annual American Heart Association Car Show. Indianapolis associates also helped raise money by hosting silent auctions, pie-throwing contests, themed luncheons, and raffles. Over the past four years Brizo's hard work and efforts have raised in excess of $120,000 for the American Heart Association.

Cancer Research - In June 2005, our employees participated in "Relay for Life," raising over $5,200. The Delta/Brizo Team placed first overall in dollars raised for the event. In 2004, over 200 of our employees participated in the annual Lee National Denim Day to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Participants paid $5 for the privilege of wearing denim for the day. Those contributions, along with the proceeds from a silent auction, raised over $1,000 for this great cause. Employees also actively participate in the Race for the Cure to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

City of Hope - City of Hope is one of just 41 Comprehensive Cancer Centers in the United States as designated by the National Cancer Institute. At City of Hope, more than 300 physicians and scientists and 2,500 employees work to find the causes of, and cures for, cancer and other life-threatening diseases, including diabetes and HIV/AIDS. More than 290,000 volunteers and donors worldwide support City of Hope and make it possible to continue the lifesaving work done there. Brizo's parent company, Masco Corporation, sponsors an annual charity golf tournament that Brizo is heavily involved in.
